研究了在ｐＨ４．４ＨＡｃ－ＮａＡｃ缓冲介质中，锰（Ⅱ）催化高磺酸钾氧化茜素绿的褪色反应，建立了测定痕量锰的新催化光度法．方法的线性范围为０～３．２μｇ／Ｌ，检测网为７．４×１０－８ｇ／Ｌ，相对标准偏差ＲＳＤ＝０．９３％（ｎ＝１１）．用于铝合金中锰的测定，结果满意．
