Abstract：
研究了不同粒径的αＦｅ２Ｏ３纳米粉体在红外光谱中的ＦｅＯ特征振动带，结果表明当粒径为５０ｎｍ时出现Ａ２ｕ振动，减少到１０ｎｍ时，Ｅｕ振动带劈裂为双峰。根据在不同温度下烧结的αＦｅ２Ｏ３粉体中残存硝酸根的红外光谱峰强度变化，首次发现残存硝酸根对其厚膜型元件的气敏性有增敏作用
