Abstract:
介绍一种波长可调谐的激光器—激光参量振荡器(简称OPO)的新型设计.该设计不需要采用任何镀膜光学元件,很大程度上避免了高功率强激光对光学元件镀膜层的损伤,提高了OPO输出功率和波长转换效率.该设计简便实用,输出波长可以覆盖从紫外(0.41μm)至红外(2.5μm)的连续区域,峰值功率输出达到MW以上量级.
