Abstract：
对纯度为９９．８％的洛克沙生进行质量规范分析．用红外光谱和紫外－可见吸收光谱对洛克沙生的结构进行表征，并对其进行了元素分析（Ｃ、Ｈ、Ｎ）及杂质对氨基苯胂酸的测定．用高效液相反相色谱（ＨＰＬＣ）测定洛克沙生，其结果与化学定氮法一致．
