Abstract：
研究了铌－罗丹明Ｂ－７－碘－８－羟基喹啉－５－磺酸－表面活性剂四元体系的荧光特性，提出了以罗丹明Ｂ－７－碘－８－羟基喹啉－５－磺酸－溴化十六烷基三甲铵荧光熄灭法测定铌的方法。该方法测定 Ｎｂ２Ｏ５的线性范围为 ０．００５～０．１２ ｍｇ／Ｌ；检出限为０. ３ μｇ／Ｌ；精密度为 １. ５％。本方法灵敏度高，选择性好，采用适当的掩蔽剂，测定了铁矿和合金中的微量铌，获得满意的结果。
