在分析过共晶铝硅合金Ｓｉ初细化现状的基础上，通过实验研制出ＰＪ－３、Ｐ－Ｓ－Ｗ、Ｐ－Ｒ细化剂，并配合恰当的处理工艺．使Ｓｉ初的分散度提高了１～２倍．
