Abstract：
针对交流继电器触头电磨损和电弧能量，藉助单片机测试装置找出最严重的合、分闸相角，依据恒定应力加速寿命试验方法（ALT），选定了新加速因子。在不改变产品失效机理的条件下，用加大应力的方法进行加速电寿命试验。
