Abstract：
针对高铝锌基合金(ZZnAl-27)易产生缩松的倾向,研究了凝固模式对该合金性能的影响。发现不解决该合金严重的产生缩松倾向,要想大幅度提高它的力学性能是困难的,而顺序凝固可以大大减轻合金的缩松程度。因而机械性能,尤其是塑性,得到显著提高,断裂韧性也有所改善。
