Abstract:

<正> 在对发酵液中谷氨酸的提取分离中有等电点法、离交法、金属盐法、盐酸盐法、电渗析法等多种方法。其中最常用的是等电点—离交法。 此法由于发酵液中共存的菌体蛋白质、残糖、色素、其它氨基酸、有机酸等使谷氨酸结晶纯度低,谷氨酸收得率低(50~70%),因此,为提高发酵液中谷氨酸的提取率,并考虑经济效益,必须探讨新的提炼工艺途径。
