Abstract：
采用CAD-40大孔吸附树脂吸附法代替正丁醇溶剂萃取法从发酵液中提取酸性蛋白酶抑制剂是可行的。研究结果表明在pH=6条件下吸附效果最佳,经水或0.05摩尔/升的氨水淋洗后,用95％乙醇洗脱,其提取率比溶剂萃取法提高15％。
