Abstract:
研究了施加磁场后镀铁层组织结构、内应力和力学性能的变化。试验结果表明,施加磁场可减小镀铁层中黑色网纹的密度、减小宏观拉应力和微观内应力,并可提高镀铁层的耐磨性。提出施加磁场电镀铁对于形状稍为复杂零件的镀覆,不失为一种较好的工艺手段。
