Abstract：
基于以邻二氮菲为活化剂、高碘酸钾氧化二甲酚橙的催化反应,拟定了测定痕量锰的催化光度法。方法的间接摩尔吸光系数为1.2×10~7·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。检出限为4×10~(-11)g·ml~(-1)。测定锰量的线性范围为2.5～25ng·10ml~(-1)。本法可用于试剂硝酸钠和硫酸钾中锰的测定。
