Abstract:
本文研究了铍-4,5-二溴苯基萤光酮(Br-PF)-CTMAB-吐温-60多元配合物的显色条件。结果表明,在pH8.0-9.0形成了摩尔比为Be:Bf-PF:CTMAB=1:1:2的多元配合物,其ε_568nm=1.7×10~6,是目前水相中测定微量铍的最灵敏方法;铍浓度在0~6.8ppb(0.5cm比色皿)服从比耳定律;在掩蔽剂存在下选择性高。用本法直接测定了铍青铜及矿物中的铍,得到了满意的结果。
