Abstract:
本文研究了在CTMAB存在下,Al与4,5-二溴苯基荧光酮(Br-PF)的显色反应。结果表明,在pH5.5~6.5范围内,Al与Br-PF及CTMAB形成紫红色的三元络合物,最大吸收峰为580nm,ε_(580)=1.6×10~5,是铝的增溶光度法中最灵敏的显色体系之一。络合物摩尔比为Al∶Br-PF∶CTMAB=1∶2∶4。铝浓度在0~5微克/25毫升范围内服从比耳定律。研究了干扰离子的掩蔽;拟定了以钴及镁为基体的试样中微量铝(10~(-8)%)的直接测定法。
