Abstract：
本文利用［２］的定理１研究第一次近似为三角形的非线性系统，得到它的零解具有Ｋ维正向渐 近稳定与ｎ－Ｋ维负向渐近稳定的条件，还在一定的条件下给出特征数的分布区间．
