Abstract：
本文把Ｐ．Ｈａｒｔｍａｎ关于定常的拟线性系统局部线性化的结果推广到概周期拟线性非定常系 统．证明中利用了Ｇ．Ｒ．Ｓｅｌｌ关于非定常系统的斜积理论以及林振声关于概周期线性系统广义特 征指数异于零则具有指数型二分法的理论。
