Abstract:
<正> 脆性涂层法的“液冷”试验是在零件受力时,用低于试验温度的“冷液”喷射在零件涂层上,以降低涂层的初裂应变值。冷液的温度可以逐次降低,其相应的涂层初裂应变值逐次变小。即涂层的灵敏度逐次提高。根据我们的实验结果,对钡松脂酸盐这类脆性涂料,其初裂应变值ε_0可降低至100×10~(-6)厘米/厘米,这种试验方法对如下情况特别有用:
