Abstract：
本文从柯恩-诺能麦黑-司潘凯(Kohn-Nonnenmacher-Spenke)等效电路出发,讨论了在不同大小的注射电流下P-N结二极管中的散粒噪声与热噪声,提出了大注射与小注射情况下等效噪声电阻的计算公式。
