Abstract:
炔基配体保护的金纳米团簇是一种新兴的功能纳米材料,具有超小粒径、多变的几何构型及独特的物理化学性质,在传感、能源和催化等领域有着广阔的应用前景~([1-3])。本文选用具有生物活性的炔雌醇配体(Ethynylestradiol)和Au(tht)Cl(tht=四氢噻吩)反应得到了炔雌醇金化合物Na[Au(Ethynylestradiol)2](1),进一步用吗啉硼烷直接还原,制备出新型的炔雌醇保护的金纳米簇[Au_x(Ethynylestradiol)y](2)(Fig.1A)。TEM表征发现1和2均为球状,2的尺寸(约3-4 nm)比1的大些(Fig.1(B,C))。纳米簇2展现出红色发光,发...
