Abstract:
将"超声浴"方法合成的MAPbBr_3钙钛矿量子点成功应用于全溶液法制备的钙钛矿量子点发光二极管中,通过溶剂工程筛选出合适的钙钛矿量子点正交溶剂(乙酸甲/乙酯),研究了TPBi电子传输层的溶液制备方法对其与钙钛矿量子点发光层界面的影响,并获得了最高达2799cd/m~2的器件发光亮度和3.26cd/A的电流效率。~([1-2])用全溶液法制备了基于银纳米线电极且PCE>10%的半透明钙钛矿太阳能电池。~([3])
