Abstract:

钙钛矿型稀土铁酸盐晶体ReFeO_3具有优异的磁光性能,可用作光隔离器、磁光开关、光调制器等光通讯基础器件的核心材料。但是ReFeO_3的常温稳定相属于正交晶系,因存在双折射效应而难以获得实际应用。因此,如何消除ReFeO_3晶体的双折射效应是其获得实际应用的关键所在。本文在密度泛函理论模拟的基础上[1],通过离子掺杂获得立方相的La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Fe_(0.7)V_(0.3)O_3和Ce_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Fe_(0.7)V_(0.3)O_3化合物,并采用提拉法成功生长获得立方相的La_(0.7)Sr_(0.3)Fe_(0.7)V_(0.3)O_3高质量晶体,其所加工的...
