<正>光动力治疗(Photodynamic Therapy)具有选择性高、副作用低等优势,有望发展为一种治疗肿瘤的常规手段。新型高效抗癌光敏剂的研发对推广光动力治疗的临床应用具有重要意义。酞菁衍生物具有光敏化能力强、作用光谱佳、暗毒性低和易于化学修饰等特点,作为抗癌光敏剂的研究受到广泛关注。着眼于克服酞菁化合物在生理溶液中易聚集而失活的缺点,并进一步提高选择性,最近,我们课题组设计
