Abstract:

<正>铽镓石榴石(TGG)晶体在可见及近红外(400-470nm和500-1500nm)波段具有高的费尔德常数(V)、低的吸收系数~([1]),高热导性和高激光损伤阈值,广泛应用于YAG、掺Ti蓝宝石等多级放大、环型、种子注入激光器中。TGG是同成份熔体,可以用提拉(Czochralski)法生长。但TGG在高温下易产生严重的GaO挥发~([2,3]),造成组分偏离,生长过程难控制,所生长的晶体质量差,易出现气泡、包裹等晶体缺陷。同时,晶体生长过程中熔体浸润性大,易溢出生长容器。鉴于TGG晶体的特点,本论文尝试采用导模提拉(EFG)法生长TGG晶体。EFG法生长晶体在温场设计上具有较大的灵活性...
