Abstract:
研究了碳量对含砷锡铅钛球墨铸铁组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,铁水中碳的含量愈高,石墨球化所需的最低残余镁量就愈高;铸态组织中的珠光体层片间距随碳含量增加而减小。在本试验条件下,含砷锡铅钛球墨铸铁的合适含碳量约为3.6%。
