Abstract:

基于复合材料的设计思想,利用多种纤维的混杂效应,设计开发一种多纤维混杂增强复合制动材料,满足汽车工业的安全、舒适和环保对高性能无石棉制动材料的要求.同时利用价格极为低廉的叶蜡石粉作为复合材料的填料,不仅调节制动材料的摩擦学性能而且大幅降低成本.研究的制动材料的摩擦学性能与当前国内外优秀产品相比,摩擦系数稳定,磨损率较小,具有较大的性能价格比优势.
