Abstract:

快离子导体Na_(1+x)Pr_yZr_(2-y)Si_xP_(3-x)O_(12)系统(简称Pr—Nasicon)的合成物是以Na_2CO_3、NH_4H_2PO_4、PrO_2(或Pr_6O_(11))、SiO_2、ZrO_2为起始原料,在1173—1473K的高温下反应大约20h而制得。系统的合成物的合成反应温度随y值的增加而降低, X射线衍射数据表明,在x=1.0,y=0.1—0.7;x= 1.5,y=0.1—1.0;x=2.0,y=0.1—0.7时系统的合成物为Nasicon相。采用交流阻抗技术测定了系统合成物的电导性。结果表明,其中电导率最高的合成物是x=1.5,y=0.1,在67...
