Abstract:
<正>本工作在 JEOL-2000EX 和 JEOL-2000FX 上利用 TEM 和 HRTE 技术,对硬态分级时效 QBe2合金[Cu- 2.01Be-0.24Ni(wt.%)]固溶冷轧后时效过程进行观察与分析,QBe2合金时效分解过程是过饱和固溶体→γ" (G.P 区)→γ′→γ,冷轧使母相产生大量晶格畸变和扭曲,需先进行低温预时效(200℃×1h)以在母相中形成细小均匀分布的稳定晶核。
