Abstract:
淀粉软糖是一种水分含量较高、质地柔软且具有韧性和弹性的糖果.它的生产过程主要由五大部分组成:淀粉变性处理,糖液熬煮,淀粉软糖自动化成型,拌砂与干燥,软糖包装.本文着重对淀粉软糖成型自动化生产技术进行论述.
