Abstract：
本文研究非线性最小方差估计问题中,局部极值点为金局最优的充分条件。提出非凸集的适宜距离,证明了在参数估计中,只要初始估计值符合一定条件,从这点出发搜索寻优,就能达到问题的最优解。
