Abstract:
用氨三乙酸酐对MCM-41介孔分子筛进行功能化,制备了NATT-MCM-41吸附材料,研究其对废水中Pb^2+和Cu^2+的吸附特性。XRD、TEM、FT-IR分析表明,MCM-41分子筛表面成功引入了氨三乙酸分子的氨基和酯基基团。NATT-MCM-41吸附剂投加量为1 g/L,Pb^2+和Cu^2+的初始浓度为150 mg/L,达到吸附平衡后,NATT-MCM-41对Pb^2+和Cu^2+的吸附量分别为123.5 mg/g和103.4 mg/g;NATT-MCM-41对Pb^2+和Cu^2+吸附的最佳p H范围为5.0,吸附去除率分别达到95%和90.4%;NATT-MCM-41循环5次后依然表现出良好的吸附去除性能,说明NATT-MCM-41在处理废水重金属离子方面有较好的应用前景。
