Abstract:
将制备得到的多功能改性木质素基陶瓷添加剂( MLCA)与碱木素进行红外 光谱测定对比,结果表明ML CA已经成功引入了磺酸基团、膦酸基团及季铵基团.通 过对碱木素和MLCA的综合性能对比可知,经过改性的M LC A其助磨性能、流动性 能、稳定性能及增强性能等均得到大幅度的提升.与市面上常用的添加剂进行对比,结果表明, MLCA制备的陶瓷浆料流出时间为34.0s,厚化度1.10,陶瓷生坯强度为 2.22MPa,其综合性能优良,适用性更强.
