Abstract:
采用溶胶-凝胶法和高温煅烧的方法对镍钴铝氧(LiNi(0.8)Co(0.15)Al(0.05)O2)正极材料进行表面修饰改性研究。实验结果表明:在1%(wt,质量分数)氧化锌修饰的LiNi(0.8)Co(0.15)Al(0.05)O2电化学性能最优,在电压3.0~4.3V,1C倍率首次放电比容量达191.1mAg/h。50次循环后容量保持率为93.2%。
