Abstract：
我国高等院校教学管理创新工作是促进高等教育稳步发展与提升的重要支撑,高校教学管理模式创新是大众化教育的必要条件,是推动社会全面改革的重要需求,是创新型人才培养的客观要求。通过对创新管理模式特点的分析与讨论,对当前我国高校教学管理模式创新存在的问题进行探讨,并提出相应的建议和对策。
