Abstract：
分析了卷直电梳夹板的结构特点,根据塑料PA66+30%GF的成型特性,介绍了成型卷直电梳夹板的注射模结构和模具工作过程。通过采用潜伏式浇口、内侧分型抽芯机构和推杆顶出脱模机构实现塑件的全自动化注射成型生产,有效地提高了塑件的生产效率。
