Abstract：
文章研究了Pb(Ⅱ)-XO显色反应体系并用于铅离子浓度检测,该方法简便、选择性强、干扰因素少、灵敏度高。在波长570.1 nm下配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为2.764×104 L·mol^-1·cm^-1,铅离子浓度在0~2.5 ug/m L的范围内符合比耳定律,线性相关度达0.9995。可用于测定水样中铅含量。
