Abstract:

新媒体普及使品牌和顾客间互动增多,顾客品牌契合的相关研究吸引了许多营销实践人员和学者的关注。文中对国内外有关文献进行梳理,总结了顾客品牌契合的理论背景和基本概念,归纳了顾客品牌契合的维度、前因及结果变量,并构建顾客品牌契合的因果关系模型,期望为后续研究提供指导方向。
