Abstract：
通过构建光伏产业集群持续创新网络能力指标体系,运用熵值法改进的三角白化权函数对福建省光伏产业指标数据进行实证评价,得出了福建省光伏产业集群持续创新网络能力处于波动上升的趋势,但是也仍然存在创新人才投入不足、核心专利技术缺乏等问题,并依此提出建议。
