该文从同行评议的概念及其内涵出发,通过探讨同行评议的运行模式及其特点、同行评议有效性的影响因素,以福州大学教师聘任中同行评议为例,分析了大学教师聘任中学术同行评价制度的构建,对当前国内大学教师学术评价制度的建设有一定借鉴意义。
