Abstract:
采用溶胶一凝胶法合成了荧光粉CaMoO4:Dy3+通过X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、荧光光谱等对其进行物相和光谱性能表征,并研究了Dy的掺杂量、不同电荷补偿剂等对其光谱性质的影响。结果表明:Dy最佳掺杂量为3%(摩尔分数),Li2CO3作为电荷补偿剂的效果最好。CaMoO4:Dy3+荧光粉在388nm处可被有效激发,是一种有潜在应用前景的白光LED用黄色荧光粉。
