Abstract：
建立液相色谱串联四板杆质谱法测定奶粉中黄曲霉毒素M1结果不确定度评定的数学模型,依据(《测量不确定度的评定与表示》相关规定对测定过程的不确定度来源和各分量进行分析和计算,结果表明,当奶粉中的黄曲霉毒素Ml残留量为0.147μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为O.012μg/kg.
