Abstract:

本章基于Tween-80增敏催化NalO4氧化核固红(R)的反应,导致体系的△Ip比无Tween-80时大6.2倍,据此提出了增敏催化NalO4氧化核固红(R)室温磷光法测定As(V)的新方法.本方法的检出限(LD)为2.6×10-15gmL^-1,线性范围(0.016-1.60fgspot-1),进行7次测定,其线性回归方程为△Ip^-1.876+58.464mAs(V)(fg spot^-1),n=7,相关系数(r)为0.9990,表明本方法有较高的灵敏度、精密度.同时探讨了增敏催化NalO4氧化R室温磷光法测定As(V)的反应机理.
