Abstract：
分析我国税收流失问题,其中增值税的流失影响最大。在我国,要减少税收流失对财政收入、资源配置、宏观调控等国民经济方面造成的危害,关键是要减少增值税的流失。因此,对增值税税收流失问题的研究具有重要的现实意义。
