Abstract：
“套型小,功能全”是保障性住房套型设计必须遵循的基本原则。如何设计出紧凑、合理,经济、适用的保障性住房,对广大建筑师来说无疑是一个新的考验。在国家相关政策背景下,通过对保障性住房套型设计现状的分析,本文尝试性地提出套型设计方案,并在此基础上,总结了保障性住房的套型设计要点,以期能为今后保障性住房的套型设计提供有益的借鉴。
