Abstract：
刑法学在高等法学教育中占据板其重要的地位,因此刑法学教学改革是每一位刑法学教学工作者应该思索的问题。为了提高刑法学的教学效果,本人认为有必要对刑法学的教学内容以及教学方式、方法进行改革。
