本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等研究方法,从老年体育参与人群基本情况、体育消费动机及影响因素、体育活动时空特征等角度入手,对福州市区老年体育开展现状进行调查研究,旨在为政府相关部分决策提供科学依据。
