Abstract:

本研究以铝型材厂污泥、龙岩高岭土和工业二氧化钛为原料制备钛酸铝/莫来石复相材料,在钛酸铝材料中引入莫来石晶相,从而提高Al2TiO5的稳定性,防止降温时的分解。本文主要探讨反应烧结温度对复相材料中形成的晶相、显微结构及其含量的影响,从中确定最佳反应烧结温度。采用XRD法和SEM法表征各试样形成的晶相和显微结构;用Rietveld Quantification法确定各试样中各晶相的含量。综合XRD、SEM和性能分析结果,确定1510℃为最佳烧结温度,其对应的体积密度为2.88g/cm^3,抗折强度为40.44MPa,热震抗折强度保持率为97.2%。
