公共艺术的情感属性公共艺术应当是多元文化的融合,文化具有时代性与继承性,任何文化都面临着过去、现在和未来,既要继承传统文化,又需弘扬时代特征,并不断向前发展。因此,处理好传统文化与现代文化,东方文化与西方文化的关系,是当代公共艺术研究的重要内容。
