Abstract:

研究了不同盐度、pH和温度条件下荚膜红假单胞菌Rhodopseudomonas capsulata C12、枯草芽孢杆菌Bacillus subtilis及假丝酵母菌Candida sp.对高浓度总氨氮(9~10mg/L)和亚硝酸盐氮(1~2mg/L)净化作用的影响。结果表明:荚膜红假单胞菌C12可在盐度为0~40、pH为7~9、温度为25—37℃条件下的淡水、海水养殖中发挥高效净化亚硝酸盐氮的作用;枯草芽孢杆菌较适宜在盐度为0~20、pH为5.5-8.5、温度为20-57℃条件下的水体中发挥净化总氨氮的作用;而假丝酵母菌净化总氨氮的较适宜条件为淡水、pH5.5~7.0、温度20~30℃。
