信息需求的表征对于网络数据库用户信息检索能否成功有重要影响。本文从认知行为的角度,分析了影响网络数据库用户信息需求表征的三大影响因素——领域知识、语言知识、心理因素,进而对网络数据库检索平台的设计提出优化设想。
