鲁米诺,异鲁米诺,及其衍生物在电致化学发光,生物免疫分析等等领域已经得到广泛的研究。鲁米诺(Lumin01)在金电极,石墨电极,纳米金修饰电极上的发光机理也被详细的探讨。但是在负电位的发光却很少被研究,Kulmala研究小组发现在强的阴极脉冲下luminol可以在氧化铝膜覆盖的铝电极上产生发光现象,
